7 Affirmations for Summer + a Sunshine State of Mind

7 Affirmations for Summer + a Sunshine State of Mind

Oh, I thought a handful of affirmations for summer specifically would help you fall in love with being alive. Let the sunlight find its way into your heart this season. Let it brighten your mind so that even on the rainy days, there’s a little sunshine left over inside.

“Your soul looks good in this light. Sure, it’s a little pale—it hasn’t seen the sun in a bit. But I see your translucence as a rare and trustworthy parable, for with your bared nerves and veins comes an inarguable reminder that life doesn’t give up when it gets dark.” — t. r. h.

When you water the garden of your heart, it doesn’t matter what the weather is like outside. You become your own sun, and everything else responds to your gravitational pull.

Still, a little sunshine on the skin is a welcome gift.

7 Affirmations for Summer, Inside and Out

1. I am swimming in an endless sea of miracles.

I find miracles when I seek them with all of my heart, and when I welcome them into my heart.

2. Sunshine is my shaman.

If I feel weary or broken down inside, I imagine a seamstress of golden light connecting me to a deeper version of myself, and I feel a little more whole again. All my wounds, kissed by the light, are transformed into guides, gifts, and new strength.

“The sun is a daily reminder that we too can rise again from the darkness, that we too can shine our own light.” — s. ajna

3. I am here to align with love.

I am constantly aligning and realigning with love. I am never too far away from reclaiming my power to love. When I see rain, I remember to bring my own sun.

“Each thought, each action in the sunlight of awareness becomes sacred.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

4. I am tethered to the belief that all is ultimately well with my soul.

I choose to believe that all is well with my soul, and it’s a belief that serves humanity well. I trust that I’m here to enjoy the ride… so that’s what I’m intent on doing.

5. I am a journey of healing and discovery.

Every wound turns into wisdom when I let the light shine through the cracks in my armor.

“Ô, Sunlight! The most precious gold to be found on Earth.” ― Roman Payne

6. I choose to surround myself with people who feel like sunlight.

I gather the ones who feel like kindred rays of light to my soul. I deepen my circle of love.

7. I am the gardener of my own soul.

I don’t wait for external validation of my own worth and potential. I’m tending to the flowers that bloom from within.

"I hope one day / Your human body / Is not a jail cell, / Instead it’s a sunny / 2pm garden with daisies / Thriving because of / Self love." — Alexa Evangelista, you deserve better

Thank you for sharing – All 7 are sooo appealing but “ I am the gardener of my own soul” resonates with my soul the most.

Jennifer, I love the look of your site, first of all.

I love affirmations and create them every day when I start my day.

The one I loved the most is number four. I am tethered to the belief that all is ultimately well with my soul. What a wonderful positive though to affirm throughout the day.

I am delighted in the feel of the sun warming all souls.
