I’m sharing these messages to help you get to that place where peace unfolds with grace and ease. This is the space where sleep comes naturally, where dreams take flight and you don’t have to be in control of how the universe proceeds. Fall asleep faster and easier tonight, using these messages to guide the way.
“True silence is the rest of the mind, and is to the spirit what sleep is to the body, nourishment and refreshment.” —William Penn
What if you trusted that everything was unfolding exactly as it should?
What if you actually enjoyed the journey, since, mostly, life is a journey?
A crucial element to living fully, openly, and joyously—as much as possible—is to practice trusting instead of fretting. To practice replacing “should” with something that feels better than regret or disappointment. To honor the steps we take as we take them. To really live this life as we breathe it in.
It’s easier to trust life’s unfolding nature if we’re grateful while we’re in it—grateful right here, in this place, for something.
Granted, it’s probably always (or at least mostly always) a good time to exercise trust and cultivate gratitude, but right before we fall asleep is the perfect time to practice.
So many people have trouble falling and staying asleep, so if that rings true to you, you are far from being alone. This is why I felt such a strong desire to share a set of messages that elicit hope and reverence—the energies and qualities that make falling asleep a whole lot easier.

Each affirmation in the book is crafted with healing energy and soothing sentiments to awaken your hope so you can fall asleep and stay asleep—like it’s something you’re naturally good at.
