Trust me: I understand what it’s like to not know which direction is the right one, especially when there are so many directions calling your name. That’s why I wrote these affirmations to help you trust your journey, from one heart to another. Each one is a reminder that you ARE the journey, ultimately.
“Where there is great love, there are always miracles.” — Willa Cather
I write a lot about trusting one’s path, and wherever one happens to be at that one moment in time, but it can still be a drag to be confused. Confusion isn’t the problem, though; how we think about confusion tends to cause the real problems, the deepest suffering.
Let’s practice something new, together: trusting our journey just for the sake of seeing how it feels. I’ve suffered enough to know what that feels like, and I’m sure you have too. Let’s try something else.
Here are a handful of affirmations to encourage you to trust your journey, since one “little” tweak in perception might be exactly the ingredient you’ve been missing—the one that will make all the difference.
Trust Your Journey: 4 Heart-to-Heart Affirmations to Help You
1. I don’t need to know how to do this. I need to know that I can do this.
I don’t always need to know every single detail of how I am going to make it to where I want to be. What I do need to know is that I’m capable and worthy, right now, of going there.“Everything is figure-out-able.” @MarieForleo tell a friend
2. There is nowhere I can be where I’m not meant to be.
How could I be somewhere I’m not meant to be, at that moment in time? It makes no sense that I wouldn’t be somewhere I was supposed to be. This is how life is right now, which makes it how life is meant to be.
P.S. This is one of my favorite quotes, because it just speaks volumes about not needing to control everything in order to trust that being here isn’t wrong…“I am learning to trust the journey even when I do not understand it.” — Mila Bron affirm it
3. Everything within me is connected to everything around me. Everything I am right now is connected to everything that is coming.
My presence is the spiritual connection I feel to everything. It flows through me and everything else, connecting me to every vision and desire. By bridging the gap between my inner world and everything else, it becomes easier to recognize the destination in each step.If you look closer, you might just see that the destination is right here in this step, and in each step. tell a friend
4. I am on an important journey: my own.
I am not supposed to be someone else, so I’m not supposed to live anyone’s life but my own. I am who I am on purpose and I can live into a greater purpose and a deeper truth as I go, in my own way, in my own time. The more you love your decisions, the less you rely on external validation to prove you're on the right path. remind a friend

But before you go, I’m curious:
