I was feeling hopeless the other day (I’m absolutely not immune to that feeling… quite the opposite). I turned to some healing words, the ones you’re about to read, and they reassured me that it’s all really going to be okay.
If the world outside of you is smothering the peace inside of you, this spiritual poem might resonate with your innermost sense of self. Who you really are has less to do with the pain of the world, and everything to do with the light that you’re here to bring.
This is a gentle affirmation to move into the present moment with ease and joy, for this moment is your life. There is nothing else to do here than to be here, to be present with the space you stand in.

We long for peace, though we may go about it different ways. These mantras will help fortify our internal peace so that we can extend it into every relationship, and not wait for others to bestow that gift first. Happy relationships happen when we prioritize happiness first.
Whatever it is you want, however you want to have it, no matter why you want to have it, you can have it faster and easier if you can be happy first, without it.
As the saying goes, the grass is greener where you water it. Today, water the quietude inside of yourself, regardless of what’s going on outside of you. Plant seeds of peace in your mind with this affirmation for inner stillness.
