Try to be happy for this moment (because this moment is your life), but if you can’t enjoy what’s happening or what you’re doing, try even harder to accept what is. Acceptance of the present moment elicits a certain peace, and brings consciousness to life—with that, we contribute something new to this experience.
This is a reminder that you are enough, this moment is enough, and everything is okay even when it may not feel like it is.
If there were such a thing as a duck with a human mind, we could clearly see how holding on to our personal stories causes endless suffering. This is a short story with a powerful lesson: all power lies in the present moment.
This affirmation is about surrendering the outcome so we can be at peace in this moment, for this moment is where life is. I know that when I release the need to control the outcome, I can enjoy the process and do my best.
