This is a reminder that you are enough, this moment is enough, and everything is okay even when it may not feel like it is.
“Everything you want is coming. Relax and let the universe pick the timing and the way. You just need to trust that what you want is coming, and watch how fast it comes.” – Abraham Hicks
It’s okay to not have the answer yet. Some days are easier than others. Some days aren’t filled with as much peace or happiness as others. Sometimes, you just need some love and someone to tell you that everything is going to be okay—that’s exactly what I’m giving you right now.
You are loved. You are enough. Even when things are tough, things will still be okay. In fact, everything is okay right now (no matter how tough right now may be), if we look only to THIS moment. Trust the process of life (because life IS a process). Through your trust, everything becomes okay… right here, in this one moment.
You are enough.
“The thing that is really hard and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning to work on becoming yourself.” – Anna Quindlen
You are enough. You are so enough. It’s unbelievable how enough you are. You’re enough, even when you don’t feel like you are. You are whole, even when you feel broken and damaged, burned and scarred. None of the scars you wear can take away from the wholeness of your soul.
None of the mistakes you’ve made can touch the depth of love that is for you.Everything doesn't have to be perfect for everything to be okay. Life simply is. You are. I am. Click To Tweet
The hard times can define you, destroy you, strengthen you, and/or teach you. Breathe through the hard times, let the lessons be revealed to you, and remember that growth can be (and usually is) uncomfortable. Sometimes, it’s okay if the only thing you did today was breathe.
You can’t calm the storm outside, so stop trying. Surrender to that which you can’t control, because what you can do is calm yourself inside. Look beyond the clouds, past the imperfections, and through your fears. The storm will pass.
This moment is enough.
“The present moment is the only moment available to us, and it is the door to all moments.” – Thich Nhat Hanh
This moment is enough as it is. It’s enough without us needing to capture it with a camera. It’s enough without needing to be perfect, polished, edited, uploaded, shared, or praised. It’s complete in that we are already a part of it.
This moment will not last forever, yet it’s always this moment. It’s always this time, and the truth is outside of time.
How people are in this moment is enough, even if how they act isn’t in line with how we’d like them to act. The food in this moment is enough, without comments or likes or shares. The life we have right now is enough, for if we don’t see it as enough right now, it’s limited, unable to open the door to more moments that will be enough.
Even with a fondness of the past and a hope for the future, the present moment is calling us to see that what’s right in front of us is worthy enough to focus on.This moment is enough. This place, these people, me– It's all enough. This moment is my life. Click To Tweet
What if we accepted this moment, including every person and thing in it, as being perfectly enough? What if there was nothing more that we needed than what’s right here? What if we cherished this moment in time that will never come again, yet understand that our presence in this moment is what makes it eternal, timeless?
What if we gave up rejection and embraced unity with this moment, this person, this circumstance? What if we expressed sincere gratitude for the gift that has been given to us–the good with the bad, the success through the struggle, the beauty with the pain, the lesson with the teaching, the opportunity with the disappointment?
This moment is completely, wholly, perfectly, miraculously capable of being precisely enough.
When we acknowledge the enoughness of just this one moment, just right here, acceptance gives way to real power.
Everything is okay.
“Your heart must become a sea of love. Your mind must become a river of detachment.” – Sri Chinmoy
Any pain that you’ve ever felt is nothing compared to the joy that’s coming. It’s nothing compared to the love that’s residing. Any negativity that’s entered your mind is nothing compared to your capacity to let those thoughts be carried away.
Let your heart become a sea of love, deep and wide and limitless. Let your mind become a river of detachment, allowing thoughts to come and go without washing up on shore. The hardest times often lead to the greatest moments in your life. Click To Tweet
Everything is okay because the rain doesn’t pour down forever. Even in the middle of a raging storm, the sun still shines. Be okay with not knowing for sure what might come next, but know that whatever it is, you will be okay. You will weather the storm. You will rise again and again. You will gain strength and resilience.
You will shine your light again.
We will get through any darkness, any stress, any difficulty, anything–together.

Trust in the process that is life. Everything is okay, because you are life, and you’re meant to be here.
